Aus den Erwägungen:

Ziel der "angeordneten Beratung", einer auf Art. 307 ZGB gestützten Kindesschutzmassnahme, ist es, innerhalb eines relativ kurzen Zeitraums einen von den Eltern gemeinsam getragenen Vorschlag zur Regelung strittiger Kinderbelange zu erarbeiten bzw. dem Gericht unbürokratisch eine Fachmeinung zur Familiensituation als mögliche Urteilsgrundlage zur Verfügung zu stellen, blockierte Prozesse zügig anzugehen, rasch konkrete Ergebnisse zu erzielen und weitere Verhärtungen zu vermeiden (Informationsblatt einer interdisziplinären Arbeitsgruppe, abrufbar unter www.gerichte.sg.ch/home/dienstleistungen/nuetzliche_informationen/mitteilun-gen_zum_familienrecht.html; vgl. auch "angeordnete Beratung" – ein neues Instrument zur Beilegung von strittigen Kinderbelangen vor Gericht, in: FamPra.ch 2012 111 ff.). Die "angeordnete Beratung" ist, wie die Zielsetzung zeigt, auf eine rasche Realisierung ausgerichtet und macht vor allem dann Sinn, wenn sie zu Beginn einer Auseinandersetzung verfügt werden kann und nicht schon Anläufe zur Vermittlung gescheitert sind (FamPra.ch 2012 116).

Hier dauert die gerichtliche Auseinandersetzung schon über ein halbes Jahr. Auch gelang es den Ehegatten trotz anwaltlicher Unterstützung nicht, die ursprüngliche Vereinbarungslösung zu einer tragfähigen, längerfristigen einvernehmlichen Regelung auszubauen, sodass heute nicht nur die gerichtliche Regelung zur Diskussion steht, sondern darüber hinaus bereits rechtskräftig eine umfassende Beistandschaft angeordnet ist. Vor diesem Hintergrund erscheint eine "angeordnete Beratung", die möglicherweise zu Beginn des Verfahrens (…) erfolgver-sprechend gewesen wäre, nicht (mehr) indiziert, weshalb der betreffende Antrag abzuweisen ist.
