Art. 85 Abs. 2 KV.

Die Rechnungsprüfungskommission ist ein eigenständiges Organ der Gemeinde und gegenüber der Gemeindeversammlung Rechenschaft schuldig; ihre Tätigkeit übt sie unabhängig und unbeeinflusst aus.
