Einreichung des Rekurses an eine unzuständige Behörde.

Entscheid des Regierungsrates vom 3. August 1971 (Nr. 495).

Nach ständiger kantonaler Verwaltungspraxis wird jedoch ein Rekurs, der bei einer unzuständigen kantonalen Behörde eingereicht wird, von Amtes wegen an die zuständige Instanz weitergeleitet und es gilt der Zeitpunkt der Einreichung als Zeitpunkt der Rekurserhebung.
