il 10 novembre 1999 dal Tribunale cantonale delle assicura-
zioni (riguardo ad una decisione 14 settembre 1999 dell'Uf-
ficio dell'assicurazione invalidità del Cantone Ticino, in
materia di provvedimenti reintegrativi di ordine professio-
nale dell'assicurazione per l'invalidità),

I. La causa è stralciata dai ruoli in seguito al ritiro
del ricorso.
II. Non si percepiscono spese giudiziarie.
