Omnilex summary

The Federal Supreme Court held that the social insurance appeal was filed after the expiry of the 30-day appeal period. Since the deadline had already expired on 1 February 2012 and the filing was made only on 2 February 2012, the Court applied the simplified procedure and declined to enter into the appeal. It also waived court costs.
