In Erwägung,
dass das Versicherungsgericht des Kantons St. Gallen nach einlässlicher Würdigung der Aktenlage und mit zutreffender Begründung, worauf verwiesen wird, mit Entscheid vom 25. August 2009 zum Schluss gelangt ist, dass der als Gesellschafter der L.________ AG im Handelsregister eingetragene C.________ (geboren 1969) praxisgemäss (BGE 123 V 234 E. 7 S. 236) im Zeitpunkt der Antragstellung am 12. Januar 2009 keinen Anspruch auf Arbeitslosenentschädigung besass, weil er als mitarbeitender Verwaltungsrat unmittelbar von Gesetzes wegen über massgebliche Einflussmöglichkeiten im Sinne von Art. 31 Abs. 3 lit. c AVIG verfügt (Art. 716 bis 716b OR),
dass die Ausführungen in der Beschwerde hieran nichts zu ändern vermögen,
dass insbesondere der Einwand des Beschwerdeführers, er habe bei einem Aktienanteil von 10 % und fehlender Geschäftsführungsbefugnis keine wesentliche Einflussmöglichkeit auf die Entscheidungen der Firma gehabt, nicht stichhaltig ist, da, wie die Vorinstanz bereits ausgeführt hat, bei einem Mitglied des Verwaltungsrats der persönliche Ausschlussgrund des Art. 31 Abs. 3 lit. c AVIG ohne weiteres Platz greift und es, entgegen der Ansicht des Versicherten, keiner weiteren Abklärungen zu seinen konkreten Verantwortlichkeiten in der Firma und zu deren Organisationsstruktur bedarf (BGE 123 V 234 E. 7a S. 238; 122 V 270 E. 3 S. 273; ARV 2004 Nr. 21 S. 196, C 113/03; 2002 Nr. 28 S. 183, C 373/00; 1996/97 Nr. 10 S. 48, C 35/94; Nr. 31 S. 170, C 296/96; Nr. 41 S. 224, C 42/97),
dass demnach nicht ersichtlich ist, inwiefern die Vorinstanz Verfahrensvorschriften verletzt, den rechtserheblichen Sachverhalt unvollständig festgestellt oder eine Rechtsverletzung begangen haben soll,
dass die Beschwerde offensichtlich unbegründet ist und daher im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 109 Abs. 2 lit. a und Abs. 3 BGG erledigt wird,
dass der Beschwerdeführer als unterliegende Partei die Gerichtskosten zu tragen hat (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),
erkennt das Bundesgericht:

Die Beschwerde wird abgewiesen.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Versicherungsgericht des Kantons St. Gallen, dem Amt für Arbeit des Kantons St. Gallen und dem Staatssekretariat für Wirtschaft schriftlich mitgeteilt.
