Das Bundesgericht zieht in Erwägung:

Mit Urteil vom 1. Juni 2007 trat das Bundesgericht auf eine Beschwerde des Gesuchstellers nicht ein, da die Begründungsanforderungen nicht erfüllt waren (6B_110/2007). Auf ein dagegen gerichtetes Revisionsgesuch trat das Bundesgericht mit Urteil vom 10. August 2007 nicht ein, da der Gesuchsteller keine Revisionsgründe geltend gemacht hatte (6F_6/2007). Dagegen richtet sich das neue Revisionsgesuch. Die Begründung des neuen Gesuchs befasst sich indessen nicht mit dem Entscheid vom 10. August 2007. Darauf ist nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Gesuchsteller aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG). Das nachträglich gestellte Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege ist in Anwendung von Art. 64 BGG abzuweisen, weil die Rechtsbegehren aussichtslos erschienen. Der trölerischen Art der Prozessführung des Gesuchstellers ist bei der Gerichtsgebühr Rechnung zu tragen (Art. 65 Abs. 2 BGG).

Der Gesuchsteller wird darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass das Bundesgericht weitere Eingaben in dieser Sache ohne förmliche Erledigung zu den Akten legen wird.
Demnach erkennt das Bundesgericht:

Auf das Revisionsgesuch wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege wird abgewiesen.
3.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 1'000.-- wird dem Gesuchsteller auferlegt.
4.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Uri, Strafrechtliche Abteilung, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
