Beschwerde gegen den Entscheid des Obergerichts des Kantons Luzern, Kriminal- und Anklagekommission, vom 13. Juli 2009 (KA 09 99).
Der Einzelrichter zieht in Erwägung:

Die Beschwerde richtet sich dagegen, dass das Amtsstatthalteramt Luzern mit Entscheid vom 11. März 2009 eine Strafuntersuchung gegen die Beschwerdegegnerin wegen Ehrverletzung, falscher Anschuldigung und unbefugter Herausgabe von Personendaten einstellte und die Vorinstanz im angefochtenen Entscheid auf dagegen gerichtete Rekurse mangels hinreichender Begründung nicht eintrat (angefochtener Entscheid S. 8 oben). Mit der Frage der Begründungspflicht eines kantonalen Rekurses befassen sich die Beschwerdeführer in ihrer Eingabe vor Bundesgericht nicht. Unter diesen Umständen kann sich das Bundesgericht mit der zusätzlichen materiellen Eventualerwägung der Vorinstanz nicht befassen, weil ein angefochtener Entscheid auf Beschwerde in Strafsachen hin nur aufgehoben wird, wenn er im Ergebnis, das heisst in Bezug auf die Haupt- und die Eventualerwägung, gegen das schweizerische Recht im Sinne von Art. 95 BGG verstösst (BGE 133 IV 119). Auf die Beschwerde ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind den Beschwerdeführern je zur Hälfte unter solidarischer Haftung aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG). Der Beschwerdegegnerin ist keine Entschädigung auszurichten, weil sie vor Bundesgericht keine Umtriebe hatte.
Demnach erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden den Beschwerdeführern je zur Hälfte unter solidarischer Haftung auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Luzern, Kriminal- und Anklagekommission, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
