Der Einzelrichter zieht in Erwägung:

Eine Beschwerde ans Bundesgericht ist innert 30 Tagen nach der Eröffnung der vollständigen Ausfertigung des angefochtenen Entscheids beim Bundesgericht einzureichen (Art. 100 Abs. 1 BGG). Dieser wurde dem Beschwerdeführer gemäss Empfangsbestätigung am 28. November 2012, um 10:12 Uhr, zugestellt. Die Frist begann am Donnerstag, den 29. November 2012 zu laufen und endete unter Berücksichtigung des Stillstands vom 18. Dezember bis und mit 2. Januar (Art. 46 Abs. 1 lit. c BGG) und des Fristenlaufs an Sonntagen (Art. 45 Abs. 1 BGG) am Montag, 14. Januar 2013. Die Beschwerde wurde am 17. Januar 2013 der Post übergeben und ist damit verspätet. Darauf ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).

Demnach erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zug, I. Beschwerdeabteilung, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
