Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Soweit der Beschwerdeführer eine subsidiäre Verfassungsbeschwerde erhebt, ist darauf im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten. Im Strafrecht können alle kantonalen Entscheide unter denselben Legitimationsvoraussetzungen mit dem ordentlichen Rechtsmittel der Beschwerde in Strafsachen angefochten werden. Mit diesem Rechtsmittel kann die Verletzung von Bundesrecht - zu welchem auch die Bundesverfassung zu zählen ist - gerügt werden (Art. 95 lit. a BGG). Für die subsidiäre Verfassungsbeschwerde besteht daher kein Raum (vgl. auch Urteil 6B_38/2007 vom 23. August 2007, E. 3).

Die Beschwerde richtet sich gegen einen Entscheid des Obergerichts des Kantons Bern vom 24. April 2007, mit welchem drei Personen von der Anschuldigung des falschen Zeugnisses freigesprochen wurden. Die Legitimationsvoraussetzungen zur Beschwerde in Strafsachen ergeben sich aus Art. 81 Abs. 1 BGG. Der Beschwerdeführer ist zur Beschwerde nicht legitimiert, da es vorliegend weder um ein prinzipales Privatstrafklageverfahren - die Staatsanwaltschaft hat auf eine Verfahrensbeteiligung nur verzichtet - noch um das Strafantragsrecht als solches geht und der Beschwerdeführer auch nicht Opfer im Sinne des Opferhilfegesetzes ist. Soweit im Übrigen das rechtliche Gehör als verletzt gerügt wird, genügt die Beschwerde den strengen Begründungsanforderungen von Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG nicht. Auf die Beschwerde kann im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG deshalb nicht eingetreten werden (vgl. auch Urteil 6B_451/2007 vom 5. September 2007).

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG). Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege ist in Anwendung von Art. 64 BGG abzuweisen, weil die Rechtsbegehren von vornherein aussichtslos waren. Der finanziellen Lage des Beschwerdeführers ist durch eine herabgesetze Gerichtsgebühr Rechnung zu tragen (Art. 65 Abs. 2 BGG).
Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die subsidiäre Verfassungsbeschwerde und auf die Beschwerde in Strafsachen wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege wird abgewiesen.
3.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 500.-- wird dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
4.
Dieses Urteil wird dem Beschwerdeführer, dem Generalprokurator des Kantons Bern und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern, 2. Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
