Der Einzelrichter zieht in Erwägung:

Der Beschwerdeführer wurde mit Verfügung vom 7. Juni 2013 aufgefordert, dem Bundesgericht spätestens am 21. Juni 2013 einen Kostenvorschuss von Fr. 2'000.-- einzuzahlen. Nachdem der Kostenvorschuss innert Frist nicht einging, wurde dem Beschwerdeführer mit Verfügung vom 27. Juni 2013 eine nicht mehr erstreckbare Nachfrist zur Leistung des Vorschusses bis zum 11. Juli 2013 angesetzt, ansonsten auf das Rechtsmittel nicht eingetreten werde. Am 12. Juli 2013 übergab er der Post ein Gesuch um Ratenzahlung. Da es verspätet ist, kann es nicht berücksichtigt werden. Im Übrigen wäre es als Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege nicht hinreichend begründet, weil sich daraus nicht ergibt, dass der Beschwerdeführer bedürftig ist. Der Kostenvorschuss ging innert der Nachfrist nicht ein, weshalb auf die Beschwerde androhungsgemäss im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten ist.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).

Demnach erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

3.

Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Solothurn, Beschwerdekammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
