Omnilex summary

The Federal Supreme Court did not enter into the appellant's criminal appeal because he failed to submit the missing lower-court decision despite a deadline set under Art. 42(5) BGG and a warning that the filing would otherwise be disregarded. The appellant did not react. The court therefore issued a non-entry decision under Art. 108 BGG and exceptionally waived court costs.

The non-entry may be pronounced in summary procedure. Costs may exceptionally be waived (consid. 1-2).
