Beschwerde in Strafsachen gegen die Verfügung der Direktion der Justiz und des Innern des Kantons Zürich vom 5. Juli 2007.

Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Die Beschwerde richtet sich dagegen, dass der Beschwerdeführer durch das Amt für Justizvollzug mit Verfügung vom 11. April 2007 auf den 6. August 2007 zum Antritt mehrerer Strafen aufgefordert und ein dagegen gerichteter Rekurs durch die Direktion der Justiz und des Innern des Kantons Zürich mit Verfügung vom 5. Juli 2007 abgewiesen wurden. Der angefochtene Entscheid stützt sich auf das kantonale Justizvollzugsrecht, und der Beschwerdeführer könnte deshalb vor Bundesgericht nur geltend machen, seine Grundrechte seien verletzt worden bzw. der angefochtene Entscheid beruhe auf Willkür. Insoweit sind an eine Beschwerde indessen erhöhte Begründungsanforderungen zu stellen (Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG). Der Beschwerdeführer beruft sich zwar auf das rechtliche Gehör, welches ihm verweigert worden sein soll, aber er legt nicht dar, inwieweit die Vorinstanz in E. 2b weitere Einwendungen von ihm hätte berücksichtigen müssen. Seine Ausführungen erschöpfen sich in unzulässiger appellatorischer Kritik. Darauf ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten. Mit dem Entscheid in der Sache ist das Gesuch um aufschiebende Wirkung gegenstandslos geworden.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG). Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege ist in Anwendung von Art. 64 BGG abzuweisen, weil die Rechtsbegehren aussichtslos erschienen. Der finanziellen Situation des Beschwerdeführers ist durch eine reduzierte Gerichtsgebühr Rechnung zu tragen (Art. 65 Abs. 2 BGG).

Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege wird abgewiesen.
3.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 500.-- wird dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
4.
Dieses Urteil wird dem Beschwerdeführer, dem Amt für Justizvollzug des Kantons Zürich, Strafvollzugsdienst, und der Direktion der Justiz und des Innern des Kantons Zürich schriftlich mitgeteilt.
