Der Einzelrichter zieht in Erwägung:

Das Obergericht des Kantons Zürich trat am 19. April 2013 aus formellen Gründen auf die kantonale Beschwerde der Beschwerdeführerin nicht ein. Vor Bundesgericht befasst sich diese einzig mit der materiellen Seite der Angelegenheit, welche nicht Gegenstand des Verfahrens vor Vorinstanz war, und worauf das Bundesgericht nicht eintreten kann. Hingegen äussert sie sich mit keinem Wort dazu, weshalb und inwiefern die Erwägung der Vorinstanz, die kantonale Beschwerde sei nicht hinreichend begründet, unrichtig oder willkürlich sein könnte. Die Beschwerde genügt damit den Begründungsanforderungen von Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG nicht. Darauf kann im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht eingetreten werden.

Die Gerichtskosten sind der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).

Demnach erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, III. Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
