Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Im angefochtenen Entscheid hat die Vorinstanz eine Einstellungsverfügung aufgehoben und die Angelegenheit an den Untersuchungsrichter zurückgewiesen, weil im Gegensatz zu dessen Annahme ein hinreichender Anfangsverdacht auf eine Sachbeschädigung gegen den Beschwerdeführer bestehe. Damit ist das Verfahren nicht abgeschlossen, und der angefochtene Entscheid stellt keinen Endentscheid im Sinne von Art. 90 BGG dar. Einer der Ausnahmefälle von Art. 93 Abs. 1 lit. a und b BGG liegt nicht vor. Auf die Beschwerde ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Ausnahmsweise wird auf eine Kostenauflage verzichtet. Somit kann die Frage offen bleiben, ob es sich bei der Eingabe des Beschwerdeführers vom 6. Juli 2008 um ein Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege handelt.
Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Kantonsgericht Freiburg, Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
