Der Einzelrichter zieht in Erwägung:

Der Beschwerdegegner orientierte den Beschwerdeführer mit Brief vom 4. Mai 2011, er werde in der Kalenderwoche 24 direkt durch die Klinik Königsfelden zu einer stationären Abklärung seines Geisteszustands und seiner Straferstehungsfähigkeit aufgeboten. Der Beschwerdeführer wendet sich ans Bundesgericht unter anderem mit dem Hinweis, dass er kein Krimineller sei. Beim angefochtenen Brief handelt es sich indessen nur um eine Orientierung des Beschwerdeführers und nicht um einen beim Bundesgericht anfechtbaren Entscheid. Auf die unzulässige Beschwerde ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Ausnahmsweise kann auf eine Kostenauflage verzichtet werden.
Demnach erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird dem Beschwerdeführer und dem Departement Volkswirtschaft und Inneres des Kantons Aargau, Amt für Justizvollzug, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
