Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Das Bundesgericht kann kantonale Entscheide nicht in Wiedererwägung ziehen. Die als "reconsidération" (Wiedererwägung) bezeichnete Eingabe des Beschwerdeführers ans Bundesgericht kann nur als Beschwerde gemäss Art. 78 ff. BGG gegen das Urteil des Obergerichts des Kantons Zürich vom 19. Dezember 2008 entgegengenommen werden.
Eine Beschwerde ans Bundesgericht ist innert 30 Tagen nach der Eröffnung der vollständigen Ausfertigung des angefochtenen Entscheids beim Bundesgericht einzureichen (Art. 100 Abs. 1 BGG). Gemäss Empfangsbestätigung wurde der angefochtene Entscheid dem seinerzeitigen Vertreter des Beschwerdeführers am 30. Januar 2009 eröffnet. Die Beschwerde hätte daher spätestens am Montag, den 2. März 2009, beim Bundesgericht eingereicht werden müssen. Die am 31. März 2009 der Post übergebene Eingabe ist verspätet. Der Umstand, dass sich der Beschwerdeführer auf später eingetretene Tatsachen beruft, vermag daran nichts zu ändern. Auf die Beschwerde ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).
Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, II. Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
