Der Einzelrichter zieht in Erwägung:

Dem Beschwerdeführer wurden mit Verfügungen vom 11. April 2011 und 20. Mai 2011 eine Frist bis zum 11. Mai 2011 sowie die gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Nachfrist bis 10. Juni 2011 angesetzt, um dem Bundesgericht einen Kostenvorschuss von Fr. 1'000.-- einzuzahlen, ansonsten auf das Rechtsmittel nicht eingetreten werde. Der Beschwerdeführer hat beide Verfügungen auf der Post nicht abgeholt, weshalb sie ihm überdies mit A-Post zugestellt wurden. Wer das Bundesgericht anruft, hat sicherzustellen, dass ihn gerichtliche Sendungen erreichen. Ist dies nicht der Fall, gelten die Sendungen als zugestellt. Da der Kostenvorschuss innert Frist nicht einging, ist androhungsgemäss auf die Beschwerde im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).

Demnach erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten vom Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Bezirksgericht Höfe schriftlich mitgeteilt.
