Beschwerde gegen das Urteil des Kantonsgerichts von Graubünden, Kantonsgerichtsausschuss, vom 12. November 2008.

Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Dem Beschwerdeführer wurden mit Verfügungen vom 11. Februar 2009 und 10. März 2009 eine Frist bis 4. März 2009 bzw. die in Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG vorgeschriebene Nachfrist bis 31. März 2009 angesetzt, dem Bundesgericht einen Kostenvorschuss von Fr. 2'000.-- einzuzahlen, ansonsten auf das Rechtsmittel nicht eingetreten werde. Die dem Beschwerdeführer mit Gerichtsurkunde zugestellten Verfügungen kamen mit dem Vermerk "nicht abgeholt" zurück. Die Zustellungen gelten indessen als erfolgt (Art. 44 Abs. 2 BGG). Da die Frist zur Bezahlung des Kostenvorschusses mithin unbenutzt verstrichen ist, ist auf die Beschwerde androhungsgemäss im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).
Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Kantonsgericht von Graubünden, Kantonsgerichtsausschuss, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
