Considérant en fait et en droit:

En vertu de l'art. 43, al. 3 et 5, LTF, la partie qui recourt au Tribunal fédéral doit joindre à son mémoire un exemplaire de la décision attaquée. Si cette annexe manque, le Tribunal fédéral impartit un délai approprié au recourant pour la produire, en l'avertissant qu'à ce défaut, son recours ne pourra être pris en considération.

En l'espèce, le 30 novembre 2009, le recourant s'est vu impartir un délai au 11 décembre 2009 pour produire l'arrêt du Tribunal d'accusation du canton de Vaud du 9 septembre 2009 dont il demande l'annulation. Il n'a donné aucune suite à cette ordonnance. Son recours doit dès lors être écarté en application de l'art. 108 al. 1 let. a LTF.

Le recourant, qui succombe, supportera les frais de justice (art. 66 al. 1 LTF), réduits en principe à 800 fr. lorsque l'arrêt est rendu par un juge unique.

Par ces motifs, le Juge unique prononce:

Le recours est déclaré irrecevable.

Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 800 fr., sont mis à la charge du recourant.

Le présent arrêt est communiqué aux parties et au Tribunal d'accusation du canton de Vaud.
