l'arrêt de la Cour de céans de ce jour admettant le recours en réforme, annulant le jugement attaqué et rejetant la demande de l'intimé A.Y.________;

Considérant:
que le recours de droit public est devenu sans objet ensuite de l'admission du recours en réforme et de l'annulation du jugement attaqué;
qu'il doit par conséquent être rayé du rôle;
que conformément à la pratique suivie dans les cas similaires, les frais et dépens doivent être mis à la charge de la recourante qui, en déposant à la fois un recours en réforme et un recours de droit public, a pris le risque que ce dernier devienne sans objet;

Par ces motifs, le Tribunal fédéral prononce:
1.
Le recours est devenu sans objet et la cause est rayée du rôle.
2.
Un émolument judiciaire de 1'500 fr. est mis à la charge de la recourante.
3.
La recourante versera au demandeur une indemnité de 2'000 fr. à titre de dépens.
4.
La présente décision est communiquée en copie aux mandataires des parties et à la Ie Cour civile du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Neuchâtel.
