Art. 73 BZP) und - entsprechend dem Antrag des Beschwerdeführers - auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten zu verzichten ist,
verfügt die Präsidentin:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Verfassungsbeschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.
2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird dem Beschwerdeführer, dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Solothurn und dem Finanzdepartement Erlassabteilung des Kantons Solothurn schriftlich mitgeteilt.
