l'ordonnance du 15 décembre 2009 lui fixant un délai supplémentaire non prolongeable de 10 jours pour fournir la somme requise;
le courrier de la recourante du 24 décembre 2009, requérant une nouvelle prolongation du délai;
l'attestation de la Caisse du Tribunal fédéral du 22 janvier 2010;

considérant:
que l'avance de frais n'a pas été fournie dans le délai supplémentaire accordé à la recourante par l'ordonnance du 15 décembre 2009;
qu'une nouvelle prolongation du délai était exclue, le délai supplémentaire accordé étant expressément désigné comme "non prolongeable";
que, pour ce motif, le recours doit être déclaré irrecevable (art. 62 al. 3 LTF);
qu'au surplus, le recours aurait dû être déclaré irrecevable en raison de la tardiveté de son dépôt (art. 100 al. 1 LTF, par renvoi de l'art. 117 LTF), l'arrêt attaqué ayant été notifié à la recourante le 5 octobre 2009;
qu'enfin, l'acte de recours ne remplissait manifestement pas les exigences de motivation propres au recours constitutionnel, le Tribunal fédéral ne connaissant de la violation de droits fondamentaux que si ce grief a été invoqué et motivé par le recourant (art. 106 al. 2, par renvoi de l'art. 117 LTF);
que les frais doivent être mis à la charge de la recourante (art. 66 al. 1 LTF);
que le présent arrêt relève de la compétence du juge unique (art. 108 al. 1 LTF);

par ces motifs, la Présidente prononce:

Le recours est irrecevable.

2.
Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 300 fr., sont mis à la charge de la recourante.

3.
Le présent arrêt est communiqué aux parties et à la IIe Cour d'appel civil du Tribunal cantonal de l'État de Fribourg.
