que posté le mardi 30 novembre 2010 seulement à l'adresse du Tribunal fédéral, le recours est tardif et doit par conséquent être déclaré irrecevable en procédure simplifiée (art. 108 al. 1 let. a LTF);
que même s'il avait été déposé en temps utile, il aurait de toute façon été déclaré irrecevable faute de contenir une motivation répondant aux exigences des art. 42 al. 2 et 106 al. 2 LTF;
qu'en outre, l'octroi à la recourante, comme elle le demande, d'un délai supplémentaire pour prouver "des règlements de factures ouverts" serait exclu, car les faits, preuves ou conclusions nouvelles sont irrecevables devant le Tribunal fédéral (art. 99 LTF);
que les frais du présent arrêt doivent être mis à la charge de la recourante (art. 66 al. 1 LTF);
par ces motifs, la Présidente prononce:

Le recours est irrecevable.

Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 500 fr., sont mis à la charge de la recourante.

Le présent arrêt est communiqué aux participants à la procédure et à la Ire Cour civile du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Neuchâtel, ainsi qu'à l'Office cantonal des faillites, aux Offices du registre foncier de l'arrondissement du Littoral et du Val-de-Travers et de l'arrondissement des Montagnes et du Val-de-Ruz, et au Registre du commerce.
