In Erwägung,
dass die Präsidentin des Kantonsgerichts Basel-Landschaft mit Verfügung vom 13. Oktober 2009 das Beschwerdeverfahren betreffend die Weisungen der Vormundschaftsbehörde A.________ vom 30. Oktober 2008 an X.________ bezüglich ihres Sohnes Z.________ als gegenstandslos abgeschrieben hat,
dass in Ziff. 4 dieser Abschreibungsverfügung das Gesuch von X.________ um unentgeltliche Verbeiständung abgewiesen worden ist,
dass X.________ dagegen am 12. November 2009 eine Beschwerde in Zivilsachen bzw. eine subsidiäre Verfassungsbeschwerde eingereicht hat,
dass die Präsidentin des Kantonsgerichts ihre Verfügung vom 13. Oktober 2009 in Wiedererwägung gezogen und der Beschwerdeführerin mit neuer Verfügung vom 9. März 2010 die unentgeltliche Verbeiständung bewilligt hat, unter Beigabe von Advokatin Dr. Helena Hess und unter Ausrichtung einer Entschädigung von Fr. 1'500.50 für das Verfahren vor Kantonsgericht,
dass damit die vor Bundesgericht anhängig gemachte Beschwerde gegenstandslos geworden ist, zumal es dabei nur um den Grundsatz der Gewährung der unentgeltlichen Verbeiständung ging,
dass als Folge das vorliegende Verfahren durch den Instruktionsrichter abzuschreiben ist (Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG),
dass der Kanton Basel-Landschaft die Beschwerdeführerin für das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren zu entschädigen hat (Art. 68 Abs. 2 BGG),
dass damit das für das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren gestellte Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege gegenstandslos ist,
dass dem Kanton als Gemeinwesen keine Gerichtskosten aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 4 BGG)
erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Das Verfahren Nr. 5A_759/2009 wird als gegenstandslos abgeschrieben.
2.
Es werden keine Kosten gesprochen.
3.
Der Kanton Basel-Landschaft hat die Beschwerdeführerin für das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren mit Fr. 1'500.-- zu entschädigen.
4.
Dieses Urteil wird der Beschwerdeführerin und dem Kantonsgericht Basel-Landschaft, Abteilung Verfassungs- und Verwaltungsrecht, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
