Nach Einsicht
in die Beschwerde gemäss Art. 72ff. BGG (Eingang beim Bundesgericht: 23. September 2009) gegen das Urteil vom 8. September 2009 des Verwaltungsgerichts des Kantons Solothurn, das eine Verwaltungsgerichtsbeschwerde der Beschwerdeführerin gegen ihre am 21. August 2009 gestützt auf Art. 397a Abs. 1 ZGB angeordnete Einweisung in die Psychiatrische Klinik A.________ bis zum 2. Oktober 2009 abgewiesen hat,
in Erwägung,
dass das Verwaltungsgericht erwog, die (1925 geborene, wegen ..... eingewiesene) Beschwerdeführerin bedürfe zu ihrer persönlichen Fürsorge zwingend eines strukturierenden und lenkenden Rahmens, der ihr nur eine Institution wie die Psychiatrische Klinik oder ein Altersheim mit hohem Betreuungsgrad bieten könne, im Übrigen sei die Beschwerdeführerin bereits in einem Altersheim in der Nähe ihrer Wohnung angemeldet, wo sie nach ihrer Verlegung ihre sozialen Kontakte und Bastelbeschäftigungen weiter pflegen könne,
dass die Beschwerde nach Art. 72ff. BGG nebst einem Antrag eine Begründung zu enthalten hat, in welcher in gedrängter Form dargelegt wird, inwiefern der angefochtene Entscheid Recht (Art. 95f. BGG) verletzt (Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG), ansonst auf die Beschwerde nicht eingetreten wird (Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG),
dass die vorliegende Eingabe (trotz einlässlicher Rechtsmittelbelehrung im kantonalen Urteil) keine Begründung enthält,
dass somit auf die Beschwerde in Anwendung von Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG nicht einzutreten ist,
dass keine Gerichtskosten erhoben werden,
dass in den Fällen des Art. 108 Abs. 1 BGG das vereinfachte Verfahren zum Zuge kommt und die Abteilungspräsidentin zuständig ist,
erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.

Dieses Urteil wird der Beschwerdeführerin, dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Solothurn und dem verfahrensbeteiligten Departement schriftlich mitgeteilt.
