Summary

X.________ Sàrl filed a constitutional complaint against an October 19, 2008 judgment of the Chamber of Appeals of the Vaud cantonal court in a fee dispute. Before the Federal Tribunal ruled, the appellant withdrew the appeal by letter of November 18, 2008. The President therefore ordered the case struck from the docket and imposed federal court costs of CHF 200 on the appellant.
