In Erwägung,
dass der Präsident 1 des Bezirksgerichts Baden mit Entscheid vom 14. November 2012 feststellte, dass die Mietverhältnisse über die 3 1/2-Zimmerwohnung im EG links und über den Bastelraum Nr. D3 am Weg A.________ in B.________ und über den Einstellplatz Nr. xxx in der Tiefgarage daselbst per Ende September 2012 rechtmässig beendet und aufgelöst sind und die Ausweisung zulässig ist, und die Beschwerdeführerin zum Verlassen und Räumen der Mietobjekte spätestens innerhalb von zehn Tagen nach Vollstreckbarkeit des Entscheides verpflichtete;
dass das Obergericht des Kantons Aargau mit Entscheid vom 18. Dezember 2012 auf die von der Beschwerdeführerin gegen den Entscheid des Bezirksgerichts erhobene Beschwerde nicht eintrat;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin den Entscheid des Obergerichts am 18. Februar 2013 mit Beschwerde beim Bundesgericht anfocht;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin mit Verfügung vom 22. Februar 2013 in Anwendung von Art. 62 BGG zur Einzahlung eines Kostenvorschusses von Fr. 500.-- bis 11. März 2013 aufgefordert wurde;
dass der Kostenvorschuss nicht bezahlt wurde, worauf der Beschwerdeführerin mit Verfügung vom 18. März 2013 mit Hinweis auf die Folgen der Nichtzahlung (Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG) eine Nachfrist bis 2. April 2013 angesetzt wurde;
dass der Kostenvorschuss auch innerhalb der Nachfrist nicht bezahlt wurde;
dass beide Verfügungen als Gerichtsurkunden versandt wurden und gemäss Art. 44 Abs. 2 BGG als an die Beschwerdeführerin zugestellt gelten;
dass auf die offensichtlich unzulässige Beschwerde im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG nicht einzutreten ist;
dass die Gerichtskosten der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);

erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Aargau schriftlich mitgeteilt.
