In Erwägung,
dass das Obergericht des Kantons Solothurn mit Urteil vom 16. August 2010 die von der Beschwerdeführerin gegen das Urteil des Arbeitsgerichts Solothurn-Lebern vom 22. März 2010 erhobene Nichtigkeitsbeschwerde abwies, soweit es auf sie eintrat;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin dieses Urteil mit vom 24. September 2010 datierter Rechtsschrift beim Bundesgericht anfocht;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin die Beschwerde innerhalb von dreissig Tagen nach der Zustellung des Entscheides des Obergerichts des Kantons Solothurn vom 16. August 2010 beim Bundesgericht einreichen oder zu dessen Handen der Post übergeben musste (Art. 48 Abs. 1 und Art. 100 Abs. 1 BGG);
dass die Beschwerdeführerin bzw. deren Anwalt den Entscheid des Obergerichts gemäss dem Empfangsschein am 24. August 2010 entgegen genommen hat;
dass damit die dreissigtägige Beschwerdefrist am 25. August 2010 zu laufen begann (Art. 44 Abs. 1 BGG) und am 23. September 2010 ablief;
dass die Beschwerdeschrift gemäss dem Poststempel auf dem Briefumschlag am 24. September 2010 der Post übergeben wurde;
dass die Beschwerde somit verspätet eingereicht wurde, weshalb sie offensichtlich unzulässig ist und darauf im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG nicht einzutreten ist;
dass die Gerichtskosten der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 und 3 BGG);
erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Solothurn, Zivilkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
