The Federal Supreme Court noted that the appellant withdrew its appeal against the Zurich Commercial Court judgment of 8 May 2012. The proceedings were therefore struck off the docket. Applying Art. 66(2) and (3) BGG, the Court imposed reduced court costs of CHF 300 on the appellant and notified the parties and the lower court.
Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG; withdrawal of an appeal and costs allocation; upon written withdrawal of the appeal, the Federal Supreme Court may strike the case off the docket by summary order. In such a situation, the withdrawing appellant ordinarily bears the reduced court costs pursuant to Art. 66 Abs. 2 and 3 BGG; no merits adjudication is rendered.

verfügt die Präsidentin im Verfahren nach Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG:

Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
