In Erwägung,
dass das Kantonsgericht des Kantons Zug mit Urteil vom 15. Dezember 2008 die negative Feststellungsklage des Beschwerdegegners gegen die Beschwerdeführerin guthiess und feststellte, dass die in Betreibung gesetzte Forderung von Fr. 350'000.-- nebst Zins nicht bestehe und die Betreibung aufhob;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin gegen dieses Urteil beim Obergericht des Kantons Zug Berufung erhob, welches sie zur Leistung eines Kostenvorschusses von Fr. 7'000.-- verpflichtete, worauf die Beschwerdeführerin um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege ersuchte;
dass das Obergericht dieses Gesuch mit Verfügung vom 19. Februar 2009 abwies mit der Begründung, Aktiengesellschaften könnten keinen Anspruch auf unentgeltliche Prozessführung erheben, und mit Beschluss vom 10. März 2009 mangels Leistung des Kostenvorschusses androhungsgemäss auf die Berufung nicht eintrat;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin beim Bundesgericht mit Eingabe vom 14. April 2009 Beschwerde erhob sowie am 4. Mai 2009 um unentgeltliche Prozessführung für das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren ersuchte;
dass die Beschwerde in Zivilsachen zulässig ist gegen Entscheide letzter kantonaler Instanzen (Art. 75 Abs. 1 BGG), weshalb der kantonale Instanzenzug für Rügen, die dem Bundesgericht unterbreitet werden, auszuschöpfen ist (BGE 134 III 524 E. 1.3. S. 527);
dass es beim erstinstanzlichen Entscheid sein Bewenden hat, sofern die Vorinstanz zu Recht auf die Berufung nicht eingetreten ist;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin in keiner Art und Weise darlegt, inwiefern die Vorinstanz Recht verletzt haben soll, indem sie mangels Leistung des Kostenvorschusses auf die Berufung nicht eingetreten ist, und sich nicht mit der Begründung der Abweisung der unentgeltlichen Rechtspflege auseinander setzt, weshalb auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist;
dass auch davon abgesehen die Beschwerdeführerin mit ihren kaum verständlichen Vorbringen den Begründungsanforderungen von Art. 42 Abs. 2 und Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG offensichtlich nicht genügt und ihre erstmals vor Bundesgericht gestellten Rechtsbegehren ohnehin unzulässig sind (Art. 99 Abs. 2 BGG);
dass auf die Beschwerde insgesamt in Anwendung von Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a und b BGG nicht einzutreten ist;
dass das gestellte Gesuch um Gewährung der unentgeltlichen Rechtspflege im bundesgerichtlichen Verfahren wegen Aussichtslosigkeit der Beschwerde abzuweisen ist (Art. 64 BGG);
dass dem Ausgang des Verfahrens entsprechend die Kosten der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG), wobei dem Beschwerdegegner keine Parteientschädigung zuzusprechen ist, da ihm aus dem bundesgerichtlichen Verfahren kein Aufwand erwachsen ist;

erkennt die Präsidentin:

Das Gesuch um Gewährung der unentgeltlichen Rechtspflege wird abgewiesen.

2.
Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

3.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zug, Zivilrechtliche Abteilung, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
