Erwägungen:

X.________ (geb. 1984) stammt aus Nigeria. Er ersuchte am 7. November 2008 in Italien erfolglos um Asyl. Am 4. Oktober 2010 reiste er in die Schweiz ein. Mit Verfügung vom 26. November 2010 trat das Bundesamt für Migration auf ein (weiteres) Asylgesuch nicht ein und wies ihn in Anwendung des Dublin-Abkommens nach Italien weg. Das Bundesverwaltungsgericht bestätigte diesen Entscheid am 9. Dezember 2010. Am 27. Dezember 2010 nahm das Amt für Migration des Kantons Schwyz X.________ in Ausschaffungshaft. Der AuG-Einzelrichter am Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Schwyz prüfte diese tags darauf und bestätigte sie bis "längstens" zum 24. März 2011. X.________ ist hiergegen am 4. Januar 2011 in englischer Sprache an das Bundesgericht gelangt.

Auf seine Eingabe ist im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 BGG nicht einzutreten: Nach Art. 42 BGG muss in der Beschwerde in gedrängter Form dargelegt werden, inwiefern der angefochtene Akt im Rahmen des Verfahrensgegenstands Recht verletzt (BGE 134 II 244 E. 2.1 - 2.3). Der Beschwerdeführer macht nicht geltend, dass und inwiefern der angefochtene Entscheid Bundesrecht verletzt, sondern ersucht das Gericht darum, ihn nach Italien zurückkehren zu lassen, nachdem er vor der Vorinstanz noch geltend gemacht hatte, nicht dorthin reisen zu wollen. Seine Festhaltung dient den Zweck, ihn im Rahmen des Dublin-Abkommens formell korrekt den zuständigen Behörden in Italien zuführen zu können. Sein Rückflug ist für den 8. Februar 2011 gebucht.

Es sind keine Kosten zu erheben und keine Entschädigungen geschuldet (vgl. Art. 66 Abs. 1 in fine BGG). Das Amt für Migration des Kantons Schwyz wird ersucht, dafür besorgt zu sein, dass das vorliegende Urteil dem Beschwerdeführer eröffnet und nötigenfalls verständlich gemacht wird.

Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.

Dieses Urteil wird dem Beschwerdeführer, dem Amt für Migration des Kantons Schwyz, dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Schwyz, AuG-Einzelrichter, und dem Bundesamt für Migration schriftlich mitgeteilt.
