Considérant:
Que l'acte de recours contient de longs développements sans rapport avec l'objet de l'arrêt attaqué;
Qu'il contient également des accusations injurieuses à l'égard des autorités judiciaires;
Que pour le surplus, le recourant se borne à développer ses propres opinions sur l'affaire en cause, sans tenter de réellement discuter les motifs de l'arrêt attaqué;
Que cette façon de procéder est abusive au sens de l'art. 36a al. 2 de la loi fédérale d'organisation judiciaire, de sorte que le Tribunal fédéral n'entre pas en matière;
Que le recourant en a d'ailleurs déjà averti par de précédents arrêts du Tribunal fédéral (arrêt 1P.765/2001 du 10 décembre 2001 et 1P.787/2001 du 10 janvier 2002);
Que d'autres recours semblables seront, à l'avenir, classés sans décision formelle.

Par ces motifs, vu l'art. 36a OJ, le Tribunal fédéral prononce:

Le recours est irrecevable.
2.
Un émolument judiciaire de 500 fr. est mis à la charge du recourant.
3.
Le présent arrêt est communiqué en copie au recourant et au Tribunal d'accusation du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Vaud.
