dass X.________ mit Eingabe vom 15. Mai 2013 eine Rechtsverzögerungsbeschwerde gegen das Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Zürich beim Bundesgericht eingereicht hat;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin nicht darlegt, wann und mit welchem Rechtsmittel sie an das Verwaltungsgericht gelangt sei und weshalb nach ihrem Dafürhalten das Verwaltungsgericht eine Rechtsverzögerung begangen haben sollte;
dass die Beschwerde den gesetzlichen Formerfordernissen (Art. 42 Abs. 2 und Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG; vgl. in diesem Zusammenhang BGE 136 I 49 E. 1.4.1 S. 53, 65 E. 1.3.1 S. 68 mit Hinweisen) offensichtlich nicht genügt, weshalb auf sie im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG nicht einzutreten ist;
dass auf eine Kostenauflage verzichtet werden kann (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.
Dieses Urteil wird der Beschwerdeführerin und dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Zürich schriftlich mitgeteilt.
