Beschwerde gegen die Verfügung vom 3. November 2009 des Obergerichts des Kantons Bern, Anklagekammer.
In Erwägung,
dass der Untersuchungsrichter 1 des Untersuchungsrichteramtes III Bern-Mittelland mit Antrag vom 16. Juli 2009, welcher mit Zustimmung des Prokurators 1 der Staatsanwaltschaft III Bern-Mittelland vom 27. Juli 2009 zum Beschluss erhoben wurde, auf die Strafanzeige von X.________ vom 13. April 2009 nicht eingetreten ist;
dass X.________ dagegen bei der Anklagekammer des Obergerichts des Kantons Bern rekurriert hat;
dass die Anklagekammer des Obergerichts des Kantons Bern mit Verfügung vom 3. November 2009 den Antrag des a.o. Generalprokurators zum Rekurs X.________ zur Kenntnisnahme zugestellt hat;
dass X.________ mit Eingaben vom 12. und 21. Dezember 2009 Beschwerde in Strafsachen gegen die Verfügung der Anklagekammer des Kantons Bern vom 3. November 2009 erhoben hat;
dass es sich bei der angefochtenen Verfügung nicht um einen Endentscheid im Sinne von Art. 90 BGG, sondern um einen Zwischenentscheid im Sinne von Art. 93 BGG handelt, da er das Strafverfahren nicht abschliesst;
dass die Voraussetzungen von Art. 93 Abs. 1 zur Anfechtung eines solchen Zwischenentscheides offensichtlich nicht gegeben sind, weshalb bereits aus diesem Grund auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist;
dass die Beschwerde im Übrigen auch die Begründungsanforderungen von Art. 42 Abs. 1 BGG nicht zu erfüllen vermag, da aus ihr nicht hervorgeht, inwiefern die angefochtene Verfügung Recht im Sinne dieser Bestimmung verletzen sollte;
dass somit im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist;
dass entsprechend dem Verfahrensausgang die Gerichtskosten dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

Dieses Urteil wird dem Beschwerdeführer sowie der Generalprokuratur und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern, Anklagekammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
