  1. Nel fallimento di A. Fanchiotti in Chiasso, il signor Bondenari Antonio, farmacista in Biasca, insinuava un credito- di 16644 fr. 10. L'insinuazione essendo avvenuta circa un me se dopo seaduto il termine per Ie notifiche, l' Amministra- zione deI fallimento rifiutavasi di ammetterla, pretendendo ehe il creditore avrebbe doyuto giustifieare il ritardo, eio ehe non aveva fatto. Su ricorso deI Bondenari, l'Autorita inferiore di vigilanza ingiungeva all' Amministrazione di prendere in eonsiderazione la llotifiea, earicava pero al rieor- rente le spese di eancelleria in 6 fr. Avelldo il Bondenari ricorso contro quest' ultimo dispositivo all' Autorita superiore, questa confermava la decisione deU' Autorita inferiore, osser- vando: Pel disposto deU' art. 251 lemma 4 dena L.
