Unkooperatives Verhalten bei der Identitätsabklärung (wahrheitswidrige Behauptung gegenüber einem Botschafter, kein Englisch zu sprechen) kann ein besonderes Hindernis im Sinne von Art. 13b Abs. 2 ANAG und damit ein Grund für eine Haftverlängerung darstellen (Erw.
