Die Klägerin ersucht um Beseitigung eines persönlichkeitsrechtswidrigen Zustandes gemäss Art. 28a Abs. 1 Ziffer 2 ZGB sowie um vorsorgliche Massnahmen gemäss Art. 261 ff. ZPO, insbesondere um superprovisorische Beseitigung einer persönlichkeitsverletzenden Publikation im Internet (Art. 248 lit. d i.V.m. 262 lit. b ZPO).
