63 Ausschaffungshaft; Haftgrund. Zwischen dem Haftgrund von Art. 76 Abs. 1 lit. b Ziff. 3 und Art. 76 Abs. 1 lit. b Ziff. 4 AuG gibt es keine klare Trennung. Vielmehr ist Art. 76 Abs. 1 lit. b Ziff. 4 AuG wohl als Präzisierung von Art. 76 Abs. 1 lit. b Ziff. 3 AuG zu verstehen, womit die beiden Bestimmungen als einheitlicher Haftgrund zu betrachten sind (E. II./3.1.). Entscheid des Präsidenten des Rekursgerichts im Ausländerrecht vom 15. September 2010 in Sachen Migrationsamt des Kantons Aargau gegen F.I. betreffend Haftüberprüfung (1-HA.2010.93). 64 Ausschaffungshaft; Haftgrund. Ein Betroffener, der im Rahmen des Dublin-Verfahrens ausgeschafft wurde, erneut illegal in die Schweiz einreist und ein weiteres, offensichtlich unbegründetes Asylgesuch stellt, bringt zum Ausdruck, dass er sich in der Schweiz gewissermassen als Asyltourist aufhalten will. Unter diesen Umständen ist der Haftgrund von Art. 76 Abs. 1 lit. b Ziff. 3 und 4 AuG auch dann erfüllt, wenn die erste Ausschaffung problemlos verlief (E. II./3.2.).
