§57i Abs3 des Marktordnungsgesetzes 1967 in der Fassung der Nov. BGBl. 269/1978 war verfassungswidrig.

Der Bundeskanzler ist zur unverzüglichen Kundmachung dieses Ausspruches im Bundesgesetzblatt verpflichtet.
