§7 Z1 letzter Satz und §13 Abs4 des Gewerbesteuergesetzes 1953, BGBl. Nr. 2/1954, idF gemäß ArtII Z1 und 2 des Abgabenänderungsgesetzes 1974, BGBl. Nr. 17/1975, werden nicht als verfassungswidrig aufgehoben; dem Antrag des VwGH wird keine Folge gegeben.
