Spruch

Der Erlaß des Bundesministers für Justiz vom 25. August 1960, Z JMZ 4260/60, idF der Erlässe vom 14. Juli 1970, Z JMZ 3197-20/70, und vom 30. April 1979, Z JMZ 599.00/6-III 1/79, wird als gesetzwidrig aufgehoben.

Die Aufhebung tritt mit 30. September 1986 in Kraft.

Der Bundesminister für Justiz ist zur unverzüglichen Kundmachung im BGBl. verpflichtet.
