Spruch

Der zweite Satz des ArtII des Gesetzes vom 28. Jänner 1988, mit dem das Gemeinde-Getränkesteuergesetz geändert wird (Gemeinde-Getränkesteuergesetznovelle 1988), LGBl. für Oberösterreich Nr. 22/1988, wird nicht als verfassungswidrig aufgehoben.
