Spruch

Der Antrag wird insoweit zurückgewiesen, als die Aufhebung von Wortteilen im §12 Abs1, §13, §14 und §19 sowie die Aufhebung des §12 Abs2 und des §71 Abs1 litd des Luftfahrtgesetzes, BGBl. 253/1957, begehrt wird.

Im übrigen wird der Antrag abgewiesen.
