Der Bund (Bundesminister für Arbeit und Soziales) ist schuldig, der Beschwerdeführerin zuhanden ihres Vertreters die mit 15.000 S bestimmten Kosten des Verfahrens binnen 14 Tagen bei sonstiger Exekution zu ersetzen.
