Spruch

§4 Abs3 Z11 Ausländerbeschäftigungsgesetz, BGBl. Nr. 218/1975, war bis zum Inkrafttreten der Novelle BGBl. Nr. 450/1990 verfassungswidrig.

Der Bundeskanzler ist zur unverzüglichen Kundmachung dieses Ausspruches im Bundesgesetzblatt verpflichtet.
