Spruch

Der Antrag wird, soweit er die Sätze eins bis vier des Art28 Abs4 Salzburger Landes-Verfassungsgesetz 1945, LGBl. Nr. 1/1947 idF LGBl. Nr. 66/1989, anficht, zurückgewiesen.

Im übrigen wird dem Antrag nicht Folge gegeben.
