Spruch

Der Antrag auf Bewilligung der Verfahrenshilfe wird abgewiesen.

Der Antrag auf Aufhebung der §§22 und 45 Abs1 des Mietrechtsgesetzes, idF des 3. Wohnrechtsänderungsgesetzes, BGBl. Nr. 800/1993, sowie des §46 Abs2 des Mietrechtsgesetzes, idF vor dem 3. Wohnrechtsänderungsgesetz, wird zurückgewiesen.
