Spruch

Der Antrag wird, soweit er die Aufhebung des ersten Satzes und des Wortes "weiters" im zweiten Satz des §102 Abs1 GewO 1994 idF BGBl. I 63/1997 sowie die Aufhebung des letzten Satzes des §376 Z28 Abs4 GewO 1994 begehrt, abgewiesen.

Im übrigen (§102 Abs4 GewO 1994 idF BGBl. I 63/1997) wird er zurückgewiesen.
