Spruch

Die Beschwerde wird zurückgewiesen.

Der hilfsweise gestellte Antrag auf Aufhebung des §10a des Notarversicherungsgesetzes 1972 (NVG 1972), BGBl. Nr. 66/1972, idF der 9. Novelle zum NVG 1972, BGBl. I Nr. 139/2000, Z7, als verfassungswidrig wird zurückgewiesen.
